Thermal Chambers - Secondary Probe

A secondary probe allows the system controller to provide full benefit.  The second probe can be used to measure the temperature of the UUT (unit under test), or to provide improved test accuracy and faster throughput with inTEST Thermal Solutions' exclusive "T-Drive" thermal overdrive software.
Note: The addition of a second probe requires a controller like the C4/C5 that has connection and control for the second probe.
